I wish I was as able to put into words the aggrivation I also feel with this sub-culture of people, those who like to blame every ill in the world of adoption on the heads of adoptive parents. Mirah Riben is quoted at one website

So why are people so surprised when someone like you highlights what her true agenda is?
I say keep doing what you do, because you do it so well, and also because others, myself included, would do the same if we had the ability.

These people aren’t surprised by being taken to task, they are conditioned to believe that a full on attack of “I know you are, but what am I?” … along with a lot of nastiness and slinging of total bullshit should bring criticism to a halt. They’ve been getting away with this for far too long.
Mirah Riben posing as someone else, someone self-dubbed “Truthinadoption” no less, pretending to be a big fan … of herself … and getting her minions do jump on the bandwagon is far too offensive to let go.
No worries about me continuing.
